Jake Lurie specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single tenant net lease properties throughout the west coast of Florida. With specialized degrees in finance and real estate, Jake can accurately analyze high-level financial data and trends to provide clients with prominent investor insights. Seeing that marketing and property selection is business-critical in today’s robust economy, Jake leverages Matthews™ technology to provide the highest level of execution to his clients.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Jake worked as a Leveraged Finance Credit Risk Analyst at UBS Bank in New York City. During his time, Jake assisted in underwriting billion-dollar commercial loans to large corporate entities, in which he gained a strong foundation in finance. By utilizing his risk management experience, Jake prides himself on communicating the upsides and downsides related to his client’s commercial real estate investment decisions.
