Jamie joined HRE in 2023 to assist in growing both the business development and operations side of the real estate sales group. With over 20 years and $1.5B of real estate sales expertise consisting of nearly every asset class on a national basis, Jamie utilizes both conventional and accelerated structured sales as well as auctions to aid clients in achieving their business goals.

With multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality, golf course, development, retail, single family rental portfolios and special use property sales experience, Jamie has served many high-profile clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Prudential, Wells Fargo, Northern Trust, Fifth Third Bank, ING/Clarion, iStar Financial, Alcoa, Tyco, Ameren, American Greetings, the State of Illinois as well as Trustees, Debtors and Secured Creditors in numerous bankruptcy transactions.

Prior to HRE, Jamie held senior level positions at several national real estate firms. He has also remained actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association, having held numerous positions at both a chapter and global level and currently as a board member of the TMA Scholarship Foundation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two kids, coaching sports, golfing, traveling and playing the bass in both the Chicago cover band “South of 80” as well as the restructuring industry band, “Adequate Protection.”
