6559 Brynhurst Avenue is a five-story apartment building with 26 apartment units. The unit mix includes 20 three-bedroom dwellings as well as 6 two-bedroom units. Additionally, there will be a roof top amenity. The building also includes a small parking garage on the first level. The ground-up multifamily development will allow for Section 8 tenants. The Brynhurst Apartments were approved with Transit Oriented Guidelines, due to its location near the Crenshaw/LAX light rail line. Four (4) stories of residential levels over the on-grade parking and residential portion of the building are being constructed with 72 recycled shipping containers. The project is recently completed.
