He possesses a deep knowledge of the market on both sides of the transaction and is typically able to source buyers directly through proactive out reach. Additionally, through close collaboration with the firms leasing brokers, he has executed many deals with end users to generate top of the market pricing for his clients.

Mr. Varjan graduated from Monmouth University, Kislak Real Estate Institute, with degrees in both Real Estate Development and Finance. After college he managed a portfolio of approximately 100 properties for a family office before becoming a broker in 2010. He is an active member of both the Urban Land Institute, Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association and REBNY.
