The approved project at 941 Camino Del Mar will transform a neglected site in a premium location into a vibrant mixed-use project, located at the southern entrance to Del Mar Village. It will feature: residential and commercial spaces, designed with timeless architectural elements inspired by the Del Mar community; street facing retail/commercial space with a generous outdoor patio; six single-level, ocean view residential units with rare hotel-style zoning; 2-car private garages with individual elevators offering direct access for each market rate residential unit; and two, one-bedroom affordable residential units.

The project’s unique residential and commercial offerings will include pedestrian-friendly streetscape improvements, all located across from the recently-completed City of Del Mar’s Civic Center.
