With over 19 years’ experience in commercial real estate, he has held roles as a Partner at NetCapital, Managing Director at Berkeley Capital Advisors, and First Vice President at CBRE. Mike is a seasoned investment sales professional, offering a unique perspective to both buyers and sellers, through his experience doing site selection for major national tenants. His commitment to building and nurturing relationships has been instrumental in helping clients successfully navigate property transactions across the country, spanning NC, SC, VA, GA, TN, FL, PA, OH, IN, and TX.

Mike graduated from Virginia Tech and received his M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, travelling and playing golf.
