Lake Ray Hubbard (23,000 acres) and the surrounding area provides a wide variety of entertainment options with boating and water sports, and Downtown Rockwall offers a variety of experiences to pursue including waterfront dining, global retailers, fitness trails, and multiple sports complexes.

 

Planned Growth in Rockwall

Rockwall is set to have multiple major developments constructed over the next few years. With over 2.86 million workers within a 45-minute drive, major employers and commercial developers are consistently choosing to locate in the area. Among these are the $200-million Ballard Gigafactory and the $21-million Chocxo Chocolate Factory.
