As the exclusive advisor for Ownership, the Chicago office of Colliers is pleased to present the opportunity to purchase the unencumbered, fee-simple interest in the Defender US Distribution Sale Leaseback Offering (the “Offering”) consisting of one highly functional industrial and showroom property in Waterford, Connecticut.
