HREC is pleased to offer the opportunity to acquire the fee-simple interest in either of the two portfolios consisting of well-branded select service hotels, all of which are located in Pensacola, Florida. The first portfolio has two Hotels (Courtyard + Residence Inn) in downtown Pensacola and the other portfolio has two Hotels (Homewood Suites + Hampton Inn) in the area surrounding the Pensacola International Airport.
