Overview

Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets is pleased to present the Michigan OneOncology Cancer Center Portfolio, a five-building, purpose-built infusion network totaling 152,289 square feet across West Michigan. Each property will transfer fee-simple via a 10-year, NNN sale-leaseback to OneOncology—the nation’s fastest-growing community oncology alliance—featuring 3% fixed annual escalations. The portfolio is 100% occupied across five freestanding medical buildings—of which OneOncology occupies 80 percent—with a weighted average lease term of 9.20 years. While four of the properties are single-tenant assets, 5800 Foremost Drive SE is a multi-tenant building, anchored by OneOncology with additional tenancy in place. This structure provides investors a long-duration, inflation-hedged income stream backed by best-in-class oncology credit.

 

OneOncology operates the centers in partnership with Michigan Oncology & Hematology, P.C. and is deeply integrated with the Corewell Health and Trinity Health referral networks, positioning each facility as a mission-critical hub for infusion therapy, radiation oncology, and specialty pharmacy services.
