In 2022, Suraj transitioned over to investment sales where he specializes in the acquisitions and dispositions of hospitality investments. During his tenure, Suraj has sold over $400,000,000 worth of hotel transactions. 

Prior to joining Kabani Hotel Group, Suraj began his real estate career in 2018 and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Florida.
