Mr. McRitchie has over 25 years of real estate experience in markets covering Los Angeles and Southern California.  Recognized as an authority in urban in-fill and adaptive reuse projects, Rob helps clients to recognize opportunities and to effectively navigate the complexities of urban acquisition, disposition and development. Mr. McRitchie is considered an expert in downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood and other surrounding neighborhoods.

In addition Rob leads JLL's overseas residential sales practice in the United States. The US-based team advises developers as to how to best position their development for the Asian buyer and facilitates the logistics for Asian sales events, functioning as a bi-cultural guide in the dynamic Asian market.

Previously, Mr. McRitchie was a Director for Heisman Properties, LLC, a privately held urban real estate investment, development and management organization based in Los Angeles. At Heisman he oversaw the financing, development and construction of several urban buildings in multiple states. Mr. McRitchie has extensive experience in various tax credit programs and the preservation and conversion of historical buildings in metropolitan areas.
