5510 EcoPark Drive is a thoughtfully designed industrial facility located in the affluent city of Alpharetta, GA, just North of Atlanta. Built in 2016 by Skaltek, Inc. with energy efficiency and sustainability in mind, the buidling has been meticulously maintained and is being offered for sale for the first time.

Skaltek is a global company based in Sweden. Skaltek America was established in Atlanta, GA in 1981 and has a long track record of success and partnership across the US. Skaltek is a unique company, providing specialized machinery and materials including coil, shrink film packing, self-centering pintles, semi-automatic take-up systems, pay off applications, aluminum tubing applications, container systems, and plastic tubing applications. The subject building serves as Skaltek's North American HQ. The sale will allow the company to reinvest into the business, expand existing accounts and grow market share.

The building is located within a planned industrial tech park called Ecopark.
