The property was acquired by an out-of-state investor with a growing portfolio of hospitality assets across multiple markets. The buyer plans to reposition this performing hotel through a comprehensive renovation that aligns with Best Western’s current brand standards and design direction.

Financing for the acquisition was secured through an SBA loan, and we were proud to support the buyer throughout the process—from deal structuring to lender coordination—to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
