Importantly, all three of DSV’s core divisions, Contract Logistics, Air & Sea, and Road, will anchor operations within the facility under a single lease. The project underscores DSV’s long-term commitment to the region and aligns with the rapid growth of advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, and technology sectors across the Southeast Valley.

Situated on a substantial ±50-acre site (to be finalized once subdivision is recorded), the development accommodates extensive trailer and auto parking—features increasingly difficult to replicate in today’s supply-constrained environment. Designed to modern Class A industrial standards, the facility will offer 40’ clear height, a 185’ truck court, and a highly flexible loading configuration including 46 dock-high doors, 7 oversized dock-high doors, 6 additional compactor positions, 4 oversized drive-in doors, and 25 knock-out panels for future expansion. The building will also include ESFR sprinklers, full HVAC, LED lighting, and significant power capacity (±6,000 amps total), supporting a wide range of logistics, manufacturing, and data-oriented uses.
