A 35+ year Downtown Los Angeles resident, Mr. Tarczynski was elected to the first Downtown Neighborhood Council and represented the Business Interests for Downtown Los Angeles. His intimate knowledge of, and extensive relationships with City and State Government Officials, aid buyers in their decision-making process, assisting them through the often frustrating and time-consuming entitlement process. Mr. Tarczynski is politically astute, understands the impact of entitlements on value – and is one of the most creative, tenacious professionals at Colliers International.
