Zeshan Malik

Zeshan Malik has over 12 years of experience in the Commercial Architecture Sector with the past 5 years focusing on industrial development and tenant driven construction projects. Zeshan Malik joined MRP Industrial as Vice President in 2019 and has primary responsibilities ranging from Site Design input, Core & Shell Construction Administration, and providing design strategies for Tenant Fit Out work.

Prior to joining MRP, Zeshan started his career with Design Resource Group Architects as an intern focusing on designing educational facilities throughout the Northeast Markets. Zeshan used this experience and transitioned into the Pharmaceutical industry where he worked on various projects for leading corporations such as Pfizer, Merck, & Bristol-Myers Squibb. After being involved in face-to-face communications with these clients, Zeshan gained his confidence in design execution using his technical skills. His ability to streamline design from paper to reality has been known to be seamless. Zeshan later joined Ware Malcomb Architects where he managed projects in the Industrial sector throughout the Mid-Atlantic region such as; Mattel, VF Corp, Amazon, and The Container Store. While working alongside MRP Industrial throughout the entirety of these projects, Zeshan has completed 15 Million Square feet of Ground Up and Tenant Improvement work overall.

Zeshan Malik received his Bachelors of Architecture from Drexel University.
