Zena Diggs is the Midwest Market Executive at Bank of America, responsible for leading a team of client managers, overseeing an $11.5BN loan portfolio, and delivering full banking services to commercial real estate clients located in the Midwest.
Zena joined Bank of America’s Global Corporate Banking division in 2004 where she was responsible for providing debt solutions to public real estate companies. Most recently, Zena worked in the Commercial Real Estate division as a Senior Client Manager. In that role, she was responsible for advising real estate private equity investors, developers, REITs, and other clients on capital needs and delivering debt, treasury, derivatives, FX, private placements and investment banking solutions.
Before joining Bank of America, Zena worked as an Equity Research Associate at Citigroup in Stamford, Connecticut and as an Auditor with Deloitte & Touche in New York City.
She holds the National Association of Securities Dealers Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses, and serves on the board of the Metropolitan Planning Council, the board of the Real Estate Lenders Association, the GMA board of the Brookfield Zoo, and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
