Zane Marcell

Zane is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He focuses on the Industrial Capital Markets South Central practice and has experience of more than 12 years in the commercial real estate industry. Zane specializes in industrial investment advisory for institutional and corporate clients as well as for private owners of real estate and non-institutional funds.

Prior to joining JLL in January 2016, Zane founded the industrial investment services group at Younger Partners which focused on providing capital markets services to non-institutional funds and private buyers of industrial assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. Prior to that, Zane served as an account manager at Fischer & Company facilitating tenant representation assignments and surplus asset dispositions for corporate clients nationally and internationally. Over the course of his career, Zane has closed over $1 billion worth of transactional volume for institutional, corporate and private clients across the nation.
