Zane's two years as a research coordinator in Cushman & Wakefield's Columbus office provided him with an excellent understanding of market trends and formed his foundation in investment brokerage. His work included writing and developing research reports to outline market sales trends, absorption/vacancy rates and construction throughout central Ohio.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Zane served as a Market Research Specialist at U.S. Realty Consultants. During his tenure, he managed the regional research department and was responsible for demographic analysis of regions throughout the U.S.
