Prior to joining Colliers International | Central California in 2014, Zack worked the previous four years as a commercial property manager, managing roughly 3 million square feet of office, industrial, and retai in Sacramento and Fresno. Through his years as a property manager, Zack learned the intricacies of complex management along with lease negotiations and lease administration. As part of the Central California office team, Zack specializes in sales, leasing, developments and build-to-suits of medical/general office, owner/user and investment sales.
