Zach Wilson

Zach Wilson is a Vice President at Arch Street Capital Advisors, LLC and has been with the firm since 2018. Mr. Wilson is involved in the ongoing asset management of investments made on behalf of ASC's clients to ensure successful execution of the strategic plan established at acquisition.

Prior to joining ASC, Mr. Wilson was with Federal Realty Investment Trust, a multi-billion dollar publicly traded REIT that specializes in the ownership, management, and redevelopment of high quality retail and mixed-use properties. Mr. Wilson played an integral role in the redevelopment and financial analysis of 700,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space in Miami, FL and worked directly with property managers, asset managers, and joint venture partners to address development and operational risks and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Prior to that, Mr. Wilson spent five years in public accounting as an auditor with a focus on investment real estate and construction.

Mr. Wilson is a Maryland licensed Certified Public Accountant, and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, College Park.
