Zach Wendelin

Zach Wendelin is a Senior Vice President at CBRE with 14 years of experience in which he has developed extensive experience with complex, multi-faceted real estate transactions in excess of 2 million square feet and 500+ transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Zach served as Vice President at JLL, Cresa South Florida as well as Cushman & Wakefield. His focus within the commercial real estate industry is tenant representation (leases) and corporate acquisitions/dispositions (sales).

Additionally, Zach was a member of the U.S. Navy, serving overseas in Yokosuka, Japan. He spent four years onboard the USS O'Brien (DD-975) and served as a Search and Rescue Swimmer (SAR) and Visit, Board, Search and Seizure (VBSS) team member. Mr. Wendelin received several letters of commendation and multiple medals and ribbons for his military service from 1995-1999.
