Zach has 15 years of professional real estate investment and development experience. Prior to co-fouding StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2013, Zach worked for CBRE Melody and CWS Capital Partners. With strong experience in Acquisitions, Development, Operations, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Equity Raising, Zach provides a variety of skills that benefits StoneHawk in executing on its investments. Developing, acquiring and managing over $2.0 billion of multifamily throughout the US with a focus in Texas, has resulted in establishing valuable relationships across the multifamily investment sector which create competitive opportunities for StoneHawk Capital Partners.
