Zach is a senior director in the Tampa office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has extensive experience in commercial real estate, including investment advisory, debt and equity placement. His primary focus is on multi-housing investment advisory throughout the State of Florida, including Central Florida, Southwest Florida, Jacksonville and the Panhandle. During the course of his career, Zach has been involved in more than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Zach joined the firm in January 2013. Prior to joining HFF, he interned at RJS Realty Group, Pollack Financial Group and Bank of America Merrill Lynch while completing his master's and bachelor's degrees at Stanford University.
