Bio
Zach is a Vice President of Development and is responsible for all aspects of a development’s cycle including planning, design, pre-construction due diligence, entitlements, building permits, managing dispositions, user coordination, and overseeing construction. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry, and his previous experience as a Project Engineer brings a valued perspective on-site layout, design, and construction. Zach holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Nebraska and has been with Evergreen since 2014.
As a kid, I wanted to be: An architect since about 9th grade; NBA player too, but I wasn’t very tall in high school
