Bio
Zach Anderson is part of Hanover Company’s acquisitions and development team in Northern California, with a focus on the San Francisco Bay Area. Zach’s primary roles include sourcing and procuring new multifamily and mixed-use deals, as well as entitling projects in Hanover’s development pipeline. Prior to joining Hanover, Zach served as Director of Acquisitions for Anton DevCo, a regional multifamily developer in California. Before Anton, Zach spent four years as a commercial broker with Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield, where he was involved in transactions worth approximately $450 million. Zach graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
