Yvonne M Compitello

Yvonne M. Compitello is a Senior Managing Director and serves on Wafra's Board of Directors. Ms. Compitello is responsible for leading the firm's real estate efforts, in addition to the implementation of operating plans and maximization of investment objectives. She joined Wafra in 2007 as the Director of Asset Management, bringing over 30 years of real estate experience in portfolio management, sales and asset management. Previously, Ms. Compitello was a Senior Investment Manager for the Hampshire Companies. Prior to that, she was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Tower Fund, a $1.4 billion open-end commingled real estate fund of SSR Real Estate Advisors, and a Senior Vice President at MBL Assurance Corporation, where she was in charge of a $3.5 billion real estate portfolio. Ms. Compitello earned a BA from Rutgers University and is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.
