Yuwen Cao serves as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Institutional Capital Markets Team in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. Yuwen underwrites all transactions and analyzes the financials of different properties for the team. Yuwen earned her MBA degree from Vanderbilt University, concentrating in finance and investment management. She has more than four years' work experience in the financial industry with a leading mutual fund company in China and a private wealth firm in the U.S. Yuwen has extensive experience in due diligence, financial analysis and financial modeling.
