Yosi Manor

Yosi Manor has had a distinguished career in international real estate and brings years of extensive experience in financial and managerial experience to Naftali Group. Since joining Naftali Group, Mr. Manor has been involved in over $1 billion of construction financing transactions. He is also responsible for the financial management of the company- including financial reporting, investors, tax returns, insurance and IT. Mr. Manor is a managing member of TNG Management, the asset-management arm of the Naftali Group. He sits on the boards of six condominiums. Prior to joining Naftali Group, Mr. Manor served as President and CEO of El-Ad National Properties, LLC. Mr. Manor first joined El-Ad National as Chief Financial Officer and his responsibilities included all financial functions and capital resources of the company. Shortly after taking on the CFO position, Mr. Manor also became the CEO of El-Ad National and was responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company with a real-estate portfolio valued at $1.2 Billion. Under his leadership the company expanded its portfolio in the multi-family residential market to 12,000 units across nine states within three major economic regions. Prior to assuming these duties with El-Ad, Mr. Manor held similar financial positions in Israel, including serving as controller and CFO of established real-estate development, construction, and income-producing companies for over seven years. Mr. Manor graduated from New York Institute of Technology with an M.B.A. in Management. In addition, he holds a B.A. in Statistics from Haifa University and received an LLB degree from the College of Law Studies in Israel.
