Yonatan Linenberg

Yonatan is founder and Managing Director of Rivendell Global Real Estate, the U.S. Asset Management company to Parasol Properties. As such he leads the company in its strategy, execution, long-term goals, growth and day-to-day operations. He is tireless in his execution of deals loyal to their values. In addition, he advises Parasol International on its European real estate mandates and total portfolio allocations and returns. Prior to joining Rivendell, Yonatan was a Director of Business Development at Dream Global REIT, the international investment platform of Dream Unlimited, a fully diversified Canadian real estate investment and asset management firm with $15 billion AUM. Yonatan joined Dream Global REIT in 2011 and helped build the company’s portfolio from owning $1 billion in assets to $3 billion in assets by 2014. Before Dream, Yonatan was a Vice President of Business Development for a small market cap investment firm, and also spent several years as an M&A advisor. Yonatan earned a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the City of New York. Tea
