Yisroel joined the Brass team in January 2014 as VP of Acquisitions. Yisroel is responsible for Brass Enterprises’ overall operations. Yisroel also oversees the Brass dispositions, which includes analyzing the micro and macro markets to determining the best timing to sell individual assets. The process involves negotiating with brokers and prospective buyers both on an on-market and off-market basis with the goal to achieving the highest IRR on the Brass investments.
