Wynne Mun

Mr. Mun brings over 15 years of experience in acquisitions, operations, asset management, design and construction to the critical role of Chief Financial Officer. He brings leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical focus to the company’s needs in financial planning, investment analysis, accounting, financial reporting, and administrative functions. His mission is to build the infrastructure to drive the company’s growth path and vision. He is a member of the investment committee and works closely with the capital markets team. Mr. Mun joined Metropolitan in 2005 and has represented the Company in various transactional and leadership roles. Previously, Mr. Mun was Chief Investment Officer for the company and led all acquisitions and dispositions activities. His particular focus throughout his career has been on mixed-use, value-add investments in several of the largest metropolitan markets in the country. He also assumed responsibility over asset management of the company’s institutional portfolio while working closely with its institutional partners. Prior to Metropolitan, Mr. Mun was an underwriting specialist for affordable housing developments and a designer for several Boston area architectural firms. He also serves as instructor for Harvard University’s Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate. Mr. Mun holds a Master’s in Architecture degree as well as a Master’s in Urban Planning degree, both from Harvard University. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Yale University. He is a CFA® charterholder.
