Wyatt Brown

Wyatt joined Garrett Development in the spring of 2016 as a Senior Project Manager. Wyatt oversees the entitlement and development of several residential master plan communities, commercial projects, and mixed-use projects from initial design to completion. Wyatt has spent his career providing financing and consulting services to investors from many sectors. Wyatt brings experience in both lending as well as finance advisory services, having worked with Wells Fargo Bank for eight years before joining DPFG, a commercial real estate consulting firm specializing in public finance and special taxing districts. Wyatt graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in accounting and international business.
