Woody is the Chief Investment Officer for Brand Properties and is responsible for the investment life-cycle of each development.  Woody has more than twenty years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, and accounting within all the major asset classes of Commercial Real Estate.  Woody has closed on more than a billion dollars in transactions and has been responsible for executing the business strategies for multimillion-dollar portfolios of ground-up development, existing trophy assets, and value-add investments.  Woody graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park.
