Winston Black is a Senior Director of Investment Sales in Berkadia’s El Paso office, specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in Colorado Springs, CO, and El Paso, TX. He is licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado, and primarily focuses on the sale of multifamily properties in those states. Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Black built a successful real estate career spanning over 50 years, having served in positions with other national firms.

In addition to his professional experience, Winston also directed and managed his own brokerage firm for over a decade. He has brokered more than 100 multifamily properties across the southwestern United States, catering to a diverse clientele that includes local, regional, and national real estate investors, trusts, developers, and financial institutions.

Mr. Black holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Western College (University of Texas El Paso). Before entering the real estate business, he served as an officer in the United States Army. During his military service, Winston was a small unit commander in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for Meritorious Service. He later served as a Company Commander at Ft. Sill, OK.
