Bio
Winn is a real estate professional with Cushman & Wakefield's Raleigh-Durham office as a member of the Land Service team, where he specializes in land transactions for commercial, multi-family and residential projects. Winn provides his clients with strategic market research, financial analysis, client management and transactional services.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Winn was with TerraTech Engineers where he studied soil density testing and foundation bearing pressure evaluations. This experience furthered Winn's knowledge of land use, specifically the unique characteristics around the Triangle, central and eastern regions of North Carolina, to better qualify and understand the value of sites for his clients. A native of Raleigh, Winn graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
