Winfield Clifford is Managing Director at JLL, where he focuses on investment sales in Brooklyn and Queens. He has successfully helped his clients sell over 100 commercial properties for an aggregate value of approximately $1 billion.

Winfield brings a strong financial background, critical evaluation skills, and superior market insight to his clients; he excels at managing multiple transactions seamlessly and asset evaluation based on trends and geographies. Previously, Winfield was Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, and Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services where he focused on investment sales in Brooklyn's Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Columbia Street Waterfront District, Gowanus, Park Slope, and Red Hook markets. Massey Knakal was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014.

Prior to this, Winfield worked at Harbert Management Corporation in Nashville, Tennessee, a $2.6 billion Alternative Asset Management Company. On the Mezzanine Capital Investment Team there, he constructed financial models to evaluate pricing and structure for proposed investment in debt and equity securities, conducted appropriate industry research for proposed investment opportunities, and consolidated portfolio companies' operating statements for quarterly performance reviews.
