William Vonderfecht is Senior Vice President and co-leader of the CBRE National Student Housing team. Mr. Vonderfecht joined the team in May 2011 and is responsible for investor relations, investment analysis, financial review, market and trend analysis, and strategic positioning of assets. Mr. Vonderfecht aids clients in fulfilling their investment objectives by providing property market leading brokerage representation and portfolio level underwritings, sell versus hold, sell versus recapitalization and trend analyses.

During his tenure with CBRE National Student Housing Team, Mr. Vonderfecht has been involved in more than $11.2 billion of investment transactions and underwritten over than $14 billion of student housing assets across the United States.
