William Thier

Will oversees internal business processes at Fairway. He provides operational and cross-functional leadership to the Marketing, Sales, Investor Relations, and Portfolio Management teams. The Operations team, which Will also manages, is the primary node for enabling Fairway’s business model to scale via economizing and streamlining all internal company workflows between and within departments. He holds a Master of Business Administration as well as a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development, both from Portland State University. In addition, Will spent over a decade as an officer in the United States Air Force, leading pararescue airmen on multiple overseas combat deployments. The Fairway Team would like to thank Will for his service to our country.
