In his more than three decades in real estate, Bill Shanahan has sold, financed, and structured some of the industry’s most innovative and iconic assets. Widely regarded as one of the industry’s most talented capital markets professionals, Bill’s wide range of transaction experience in major markets has put him in the forefront of industry changing trends.
Bill joined CBRE in 2002 after a successful career at Cushman & Wakefield. He serves as Chairman, NYC Capital Markets Institutional Group and is primarily focused in the New York Market. In his career, Bill has completed sales, advisory, joint venture, financing, leasehold and development transactions exceeding $60 billion.
