Bill has more than 18 years of experience in various aspects of both real estate investment and financial services supporting unique relationships and assets in both Healthcare & Lifestyle Real-Estate. Prior to Longview, Bill served as the Director of Asset Management for CNL Financial Group specializing in the senior housing and healthcare sector.Before transitioning to the healthcare team in 2014, Bill served as Manager of Investments for CNL Lifestyle Properties where he focused on assets in the amusement park, theme park, waterpark and golf industries.
