William Powell

Bill Powell is a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer in Brookfield's Real Estate Group. Mr. Powell joined Brookfield in 2002 and has since held a number of roles across the organization. He was initially a Partner in Brookfield's Real Estate Finance Fund business before becoming Global Treasurer of Brookfield Asset Management. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Powell held various senior management positions within the real estate capital markets groups at a number of investment management firms. Mr. Powell holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Richmond and an MBA from the Darden School of the University of Virginia.
