Previously, Mr. Jordan was employed at Muss Development, one of the largest developers in the outer boroughs as a Sales Director, marketing the firm's Staten Island inventory. Additionally, Mr. Jordan worked as a broker and sales manager for developers and marketing companies including The Sunshine Group, The Marketing Directors, Gilbert Charles Beylen, and TCF Bank. He also founded Manhattan Properties East, a Manhattan brokerage firm.

Mr. Jordan specializes in industrial and investment sales and leasing assignments in Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. He has completed significant transactions in all 5 of these boroughs and within the Greater New York area. He represents both landlords and tenants; owners and buyers
