With over 15 years of commercial real estate and finance experience, William Jackson, Jr., Senior Director, is responsible for senior housing financing utilizing HUD, bridge, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Throughout his career, Mr. Jackson has closed in excess of $1.0 billion in seniors housing and healthcare transactions. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Jackson served as vice president at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC. in Dallas, Texas, where he facilitated and supported the sourcing, underwriting, credit approval, and closing of seniors housing debt. Before Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC., Mr. Jackson served as vice president at Oak Grove Capital where he assisted in the closing of over $350 million in senior housing and multifamily loans. Mr. Jackson earned a MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from University of Texas at Austin.
