Mr. Hartman's professional background includes successfully obtaining his CPA while an auditor at Touche Ross & Co. where he serviced a multitude of clients. Subsequently, he worked as a financial analyst for Morgan Guaranty where he analyzed and reported to senior management the interest rate risk of the then emerging derivatives portfolio. Mr. Hartman was an instructor at the firms training program where he taught senior level executives the risks and advantages of these emerging products.
