Since joining CBRE in 1987, Bill has listed for sale/lease over 20,000,000 square feet of office space. Mr. Elwood has been recognized as one of CBRE, Inc.'s Top 5 office professionals in Chicagoland, seven of the last ten years. Mr. Elwood has been successful in completing over 1,800 office sale and lease transaction since 1987.
Mr. Elwood was appointed by the Mayor of Orland Park to serve on the Village's Economic Development Advisory Board. The primary mission of the EDAB is to evaluate the existing business climate of Orland Park and develop a long-term strategy for economic growth by evaluating the Village characteristics and available land sites.
