William Donovan

William Donovan has recently been named the Chief Financial Officer of Sansone Group. He brings a significant amount of experience in finance, banking, and mergers & acquisitions to his new role. Prior to joining Sansone Group, Donovan served as Vice President of M&A, Business Integration and Corporate Development at Amsted Rail. Earlier, he was Finance Director at Baldwin Technology Company, a portfolio company of BW Forsyth Partners. Bill also previously worked in banking for almost twenty years for leading firms, including Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and A.G. Edwards (now part of Wells Fargo Advisors). At the beginning of his career, he worked as an engineer in the manufacturing sector for McDermott International and its subsidiary company Babcock & Wilcox with increasing levels of responsibility for regional sales and service coverage.

Bill received a Masters of Business Administration with Distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was named a Palmer Scholar for academic excellence. He also graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri at Columbia with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in International Studies.
