Bio
Bill founded Dobbins Group, LLC in 2010 and now serves as the firm’s Managing Principal. He has completed over $380 million in real estate developments and investments. Bill is experienced in several real property types including single-family housing, mixed-use development, affordable housing, multifamily rental development, repositioning, and condominium development/conversion. His communities have won numerous national awards. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Montevallo and a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was chosen to the 2010 class of the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40.
