BIOGRAPHY

 

Bill Crandall is an accomplished real estate and development professional with over 35 years of experience in architecture, project management, and commercial real estate. He has served as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for a variety of projects, ranging from offices and headquarters to industrial, retail, municipal, and senior living developments.

 

Known for his powerful leadership skills and growth-oriented approach to improvement, Bill has overseen some of the most remarkable projects in the region, including the Lenexa Civic Center, Sprint Campus, Joplin Public Library, Kansas City Zoo and the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City Healthy Campus. In addition to providing project oversight for these highly visible initiatives, he’s also worked with municipalities to innovate and incentivize public investment prospects.

 

Bill’s distinct perspective on development projects, combined with expertise in all phases of commercial real estate transactions and management operations, expertly aligns him to take on the exhilarating task of overseeing all Complex Development and Owner’s Representative projects as Principal at Copaken Brooks.
